How it works?

1. Rental:

Choose the rental plan that best suits your needs on this website and complete the payment to secure your reservation. If you want a personalized plan, different from the 4 plans offered, please contact us.

2. Shipment:

Choose how to receive your calculator:

a) Free at the reception of your university. We will contact you so you can pick up the calculator at our partner universities.*

b) Receive the calculator at the address you want between 1 and 3 business days with a shipping cost of €3. When you make the payment, the shipping process starts automatically without intermediate steps.

3. Use & Services:

The rental period begins the moment you receive the calculator in your hands. You can request assistance at any time. You can request extra help services such as PDFs in HP Prime format (this service has an additional cost).

4. Return:

Choose how to return the calculator:

a) Free at your university reception*.

b) Send the calculator back to our warehouse address and your contract will be finalized. In both options you will receive detailed instructions for the return via email one week before the end of the rental contract.

*Free face-to-face delivery and return are only available at the universities of Barcelona and Vigo.

What's a security deposit for calculator rentals?

A security deposit for calculator rentals is a sum of money used to guarantee that the rented calculator is returned in good condition and on the agreed-upon date. This deposit is usually charged at the time of rental, and its price will always be the difference between 90 euros and the money paid according to the chosen rental plan. For example, if the rental plan for a semester costs 30 euros, the deposit should be 90 - 30 = 60 euros. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period, provided that the calculator is in the same condition as when it was received.

Why is a security deposit required for calculator rentals?

The deposit is a way to protect the lessor in case the calculator is damaged or lost during the rental period. It also helps to ensure that the lessee is careful and responsible in the use of the calculator during the rental period.

How is the deposit refunded?

The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental period, once it has been verified that the calculator is in good condition and that all the terms of the rental agreement have been met. If the calculator is damaged or lost, the deposit can be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
